100ml (5 tablespoons) thickened cream (about 35% fat)

180 C bake for 15-20 mins.
Quantity
The original recipe says it makes 10 but we actually made 24 mini muffin size ones with the above amount :).

原食譜話可以焗10隻, 但我照足個份量焗左24隻, 用的是迷你蛋糕仔焗盤 :).
