Roasted Cheese Chicken Breast with herbs and garlic
香草蒜蓉焗雞胸扒


Easy Recipe:

The stuff to stuff (inside):
1 teaspoon minced garlic,
1 table spoon cheese (or more if you like)

both sides:
Olive oil, 1 teaspoon each side, spread evenly on the surface

On the top side:
1 teaspoon Italian herbs (usually contains oregano, rosemary, thyme, parsley, basil etc.)
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Little tips:
spread the herbs first, and then garlic.

Oven for:
45 minutes - 1 hour, 180C



簡易食譜:

雞胸一塊 (約220克)


釀裡面的東西
1茶匙,蒜蓉
1湯匙芝士更多,如果你喜歡的話

肉的2面:
每側1茶匙橄欖油,均勻地分佈在表面上

肉向上的一面:
意大利香草1茶匙通常包含牛至,迷迭香,百里香,香菜,紫蘇
1湯匙蒜蓉

小技巧
首先灑香草,然後蒜蓉

焗爐:
45分鐘 - 1小時,攝氏180度

Eat with some salad, enjoy :D
配上自己中意的蔬菜, 就食得喇~
