Baked eggplant with bolognese sauce..... wooooo it's so.... good! 意粉醬辣豆焗茄子


What you need:

2 really big eggplant (or how ever many you like)
1 jar of spicy pasta sauce (about 500g)
1 can of chilli beans
1bout 500g minced beef (or a can of spicy minced meat)
1 shit load of cheese

How to cook:
1. slice the eggplants into bite size pieces
2. oil the baking tray, line eggplants on and oil the top (you might need 3-4 trays if you're using the type of little toast oven)
3. bake them in 180 degrees for 30 mins
4. while you're waiting, you can cook the minced beef with chilli beans in the spicy pasta sauce

5. after that 30 mins or when the eggplants are cooked, take it out and mix them into the minced beef pasta sauce mixture
6. sprinkle cheese on top (as much as you want)
7. bake for about 5-10 mins until the cheese melts or goes a little brown
8. eat it
9. or put more cheese on and then eat it
10. you can either have it with pasta, bread or rice if you're chinese (not trying to be racist this time)


Hints:

time for cooking the eggplant might be different with different oven. cook until the eggplant's soft, bendable and semi transparent. (unless if you like eggplant crispy)

try not to overcook them. otherwise they shrink a lot and will disappear in the sauce.

the smell of eggplant's also very distinctive. you can actually smell it in another room when they're done.

材料係:

2隻大茄子(或隨你中意份量)
一樽意粉茄醬
一罐辣豆
大約500克免治牛肉
好很多芝士

做法:

1。先將茄子切段
2。焗盤噴少少油,放上茄子段,再噴少少油,如果你係用大概放到一隻雞果種細焗爐,可能要用3﹣4個盤
3。180度焗30分鐘左右(都好視乎你個爐既)
4。咁係你等緊茄子的時候呢,就可以將免治牛煮熟,放辣豆同意粉醬一齊煮熱佢

5。茄子焗好之後,拎出黎再同免治牛肉茄醬撈埋一齊
6。加芝士,中意食幾多加幾多
7。焗五至十分鐘至芝士熔或金啡色
8。食
9。或加更多芝士食
10。可以配麵包,或意粉,如果你要有飯氣到肚的話當然都係可以配飯。

好溫馨的溫馨題示:

其實茄子焗幾耐熟係好視乎你個爐既,如果茄子係林林地可以屈起而且係半透明就熟喇。如果未熟就繼續焗到熟,當然如果你中意食爽口既茄子咁我唔會阻止你。

又試下唔好焗到過熟,如果唔係就會縮到好扁,係個汁度就會搵唔番佢。

另外茄子陣味其實係好搶的,佢焗到熟的時候其實係第二間房都會聞到。
